- Direct-to-Consumer (D2C): Payments are due at the time of purchase via credit card or authorized digital wallets.
- Wholesale (B2B): Payments are subject to the terms outlined in your approved Wholesale Credit Agreement (e.g., Net 30).
- Invoicing: For B2B orders, secure payment links may be sent via SMS or email to facilitate timely settlement.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our distribution center in Allendale, NJ. Delivery times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Return Policy on our Shopify store for specific instructions on D2C returns. Wholesale returns require prior authorization and may be subject to restocking fees.

Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
U.S. Shipping

International Shipping
Available worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ days, contact us and we’ll review it for you.

Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened/used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@seraya.us within 7 days with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product + packaging
- Description of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
